Outside food and drink is not permitted in store. Our on-site cafes serves great food and drinks all day.

For safety and hygiene reasons all playing children and supervising adults must wear socks in our play areas.

Active supervision of your children is required at all times, staff are on hand to provide assistance in an emergency.

No. Adults accompanying children do not need to pay an entry fee.
General play sessions can usually be enjoyed without a booking, however birthday parties and private events should be booked in advance.
There is no time limit for general admission. Children can enjoy all-day play during their visit, subject to venue entry conditions.
No. Billy Lids Playland requires parental supervision for the safety of the children. Parents or guardians must remain on the premises while their children are playing and cannot leave them unattended.
We do ask adults to be active minders in watching their small children; in some instances, we know you need to jump to their rescue, but please be mindful that it is a playground for children.
No outside food or drinks are allowed, with the exception of baby food and children’s drink bottles. Our cafe serves a variety of food and snacks appropriate for babies and toddlers as well as adults. Our food policy ensure our premises are a safe environment for your family as well as those who suffer with severe food allergies.
